Remark is a multi-tenant CRM designed for dealerships and sales teams that receive leads through WhatsApp and need faster response, organized follow-up, and clearer visibility into real sales opportunities.

The system centralizes contacts, commercial stages, vehicle interests, agenda, notifications, and inventory. Each lead can be classified by intent, status, channel, potential-customer flag, and temperature, with AI analysis that summarizes context and suggests the next commercial action.

It also includes pre-sale and post-sale automated follow-up, configurable WhatsApp messages, step-based conversational bot flows, AI assistant configuration, KPI reporting, and CSV/PDF exports for daily operations.
